Originally debuting in ’91 as MJ’s 6th signature sneaker, the same year he earned his first ring, the AJ6 returns in a chromed-out makeup for this week’s release of the Air Jordan 6 Retro “Metallic Silver”. Taking inspiration from the 2006 Defining Moments Pack (DMP), this iteration of the AJ6 features a sleek, black nubuck upper accented by hits of ‘metallic silver’ at the midsole detailing. Metallic silver continues onto the sneaker’s branded elements, including the “Jumpman” logos at the tongue, as well as the “23” branding below a tonal “Jumpman” hit at the heel. The release is then finished with a ‘chrome’ trimmed heel tab and the silhouette’s iconic translucent, icy blue rubber outsole.

The Air Jordan 6 Retro “Metallic Silver” releases tomorrow (November 26) at 9 AM and the remaining pairs available in-store at 12 PM.
