Celebrating the richness of Mexican culture and Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), which honours the lives that came before us, Jordan Brand is back with their latest addition — the Air Jordan 1 Mid GS “Dia de los Muertos”. This release comes clad in a three-tone colour scheme, with a white leather base, pink panelling inspired by cactus flowers, and ‘university gold’ textured accents at the collar and Swoosh. This same shade of gold is then found at the stitching across the sneakers upper, as well as at the collars debossed “Wings” branding and mudguards printed “Familia” inscription. Final details come in the form of an ornate Jumpman graphic tag at the woven mesh tongue, while the sneaker sits upon a classic white midsole and vibrant pink outsole.
