In-Store Return Policy

FOOSH will accept returns for Store Credit or an Exchange on all regular priced items within 7 days of purchase. Please bring the item along with the original purchase receipt. We do not give cash back.

Sale items and discounted/promotional merchandise are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation - this includes in-store pick up orders.

All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition with the original tags intact. Any item(s) not received back in the condition in which it was purchased may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If you placed an online order and would like to return the item(s) in-store, please email info@foosh.ca with your Order # and item(s) so that we may accommodate your request.

Online Return Policy 

FOOSH will accept returns for Credit or an Exchange on all regular priced items within 7 days of package delivery confirmation (or date of order fulfillment for in-store pick up orders). Please forward your order number and your email to initiate your exchange.

 

Sale items and any orders placed using a discount/promotional code are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange online or in-store.

 

All quickstrike (QS), limited edition, set release date, and collaborative products are subject to final sale. Releases of this nature are limited to one pair per customer/address. Any orders exceeding this, including orders indicative of bot activity, will be cancelled and subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Any cancelled orders or refused shipments may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, in addition to any shipping charges associated with the shipment. "Refused” shipments are the customer’s responsibility and original shipping charge, as well as the cost of return shipping, will be deducted from the original purchase amount.

 

All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition with the original tags/packaging intact. Please ensure that all items are well-packaged, and all footwear boxes are protected with outer packaging. Any item(s) not received back in the condition in which it was shipped may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

All additional costs related to online returns are the customer’s responsibility. All return packages must be received back within 10 days of the return's approval date or may be subject to refusal. FOOSH reserves the right to refuse all unauthorized returns/exchanges.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

At FOOSH we are committed to your right to privacy.  We collect personal information from our customers in the regular course of doing business. We have developed this Privacy Policy to explain our practices for the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

This Policy applies only to our websites. It does not apply to our retail stores, FOOSH maintains a separate privacy policy for personal information collected with respect to its retail store operations. All references to “websites” in this Privacy Policy means www.foosh.ca

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collection of and use for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at info@foosh.ca

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so, or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

SECURITY

For all orders, FOOSH provides the option of checking out with PayPal, the most trusted internet payment processing company. When checking out with your PayPal account or through PayPal Express Checkout, all personal and credit card information is transmitted through PayPal’s secure connection.

Orders placed with a credit card without the use of PayPal are processed through Shopify Payments. As a payment processor, Shopify meets all 6 requirements of PCI compliance (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), and transactions processed through Shopify Payments benefit from increased controls around credit card data and reduced risk of credit card fraud.

OUR WEBSITE

When you use our websites, we may collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer and of your Internet service provider, the date and time you access our websites, the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our website, the computer operating system you are using, the sections of our website you visit, the website pages read and images viewed, and the content you download from the website. This information is used for website and system administration purposes and to improve the website.

COOKIES

Foosh may use cookies to store your individual preferences and system information.  “Cookies” are small electronic data files that websites can store on your computer for record keeping purposes.  For example, cookies will remember what you've placed in your shopping cart, and tell us that you have visited our website before. Cookies also may be used on the website for other reasons, such as to limit the number of times you have to enter a password or enter your language preference, to offer personalized web page content and information for your use, and to track your activity at the website.  The use of cookies is standard in the Internet industry and many websites use them.  In addition, you may modify your browser’s settings to notify you whenever a website is going to deposit a cookie on your computer’s hard drive or other storage media.  The notification option generally gives you the opportunity to decide whether to accept or refuse a cookie in each instance. You can configure your browser to always disable cookies when cookies are being sent to your computer, although this may affect your ability to shop online, both at Foosh and elsewhere.

WEBSITE TRACKING INFORMATION

Web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users. We may use web beacons (sometimes called “clear gifs”, “web bugs” or “pixel tags”) to compile tracking information reports regarding website user demographics, website traffic patterns, and website purchases. We may then provide these reports to advertisers and others. None of the tracking information in these reports can be connected to the identities or other personal information of individual users. In addition, we may use web beacons in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by the recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. If you do not want to receive these emails, please see the “unsubscribe” section below.  For Foosh's own research purposes we may link tracking information with personal information voluntarily provided by website users. Once such a link is made, all of the linked information is treated as personal information and will be used and disclosed only in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We ask our customers to allow us 1-2 business days of processing time to assemble your order before it ships. Tracking will be sent via email as a Canada Post tracking number that can be tracked on the Canada Post website.

All shipping rates are listed in Canadian Dollars. All duties, customs and taxes incurred when items are shipped internationally are the responsibility of the customer. Due to Canadian law, FOOSH does not mark down the value of items, nor do we mark items as "gift". If you have any inquiries regarding duties, customs and taxes in your country, contact your local customs office. 

Shipping Carrier – All domestic orders are shipped with Canada Post Expedited service. For international orders, once your parcel clears customs, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery. Note that more detailed tracking information can often be found by tracking your parcel on the website of your local shipping carrier (i.e. USPS, UK Post, China Post, etc.).

International Duties and Customs Fees – Note that international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and you may be charged additional duties and customs fees upon receipt. We have no control over if, or how much, you will be charged for these fees, and we do not accept responsibility for any additional charges the destination country may impose on you.

In-Store Pickup  The "In-Store Pickup" shipping method allows you to pay online for a product, and have that product ready to be picked up locally at FOOSH. The process takes about 1-2 business days, depending on  the time the order was placed. As soon as your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email notification.

Delivery Times and Costs – Below you will find a breakdown of estimated shipping times and shipping and handling costs. Keep in mind that these time estimates do not include order processing times, nor do they include potential international customs delays. Shipping and handling costs depend on the order value and the requested shipping destination. All shipping options are trackable. International shipping options include Tracked Packet International (where available) and International Xpresspost.
