Welcoming Chrystie NYC to the shop this Fall, the brand was founded in 2016 by pro skater Aaron Herrington (Polar Skate Co. pro rider) & photographer Pep Kim at home in the Big Apple. With humble beginnings starting off as a sock line, the project then flourished off of a mutual interest in creating something new based off of the ever-evolving Downtown New York skate culture. Today, the brand encompasses a variety of apparel, from t-shirts, to sweatshirts and accessories, all of which focuses Herrington’s and Kim’s admiration for the institution of skateboarding and it’s tie-ins with the vast network of subcultures residing in NYC.
