Orders take 1 to 2 business days to assemble before they ship. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping

Canada, Expedited, 1 to 7 business days: $16, or free on orders over $300
United States, Expresspost, 3 to 9 business days: $30, or $40 on orders over $500
International, Tracked Packet, 3 to 14 business days: $40, or $50 on orders over $500

All rates are in Canadian dollars. International orders ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), so any duties, customs or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

In-store pickup

Pay online and collect at our Whyte Ave location. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we'll email you as soon as yours is prepared for pickup.

Returns

Regular priced items can be returned for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition with original tags and packaging intact.

Sale items, anything bought with a discount code, and all quickstrike, limited edition and collaborative releases are final sale.
