Processing
Orders take 1 to 2 business days to assemble before they ship. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Shipping
Canada, Expedited, 2 to 7 business days: $16
United States, Expresspost, 3 to 9 business days: $30
International, Tracked Packet, 3 to 14 business days: $40, or $50 on orders over $500
All rates are in Canadian dollars. International orders ship Delivery Duty Unpaid, so any duties, customs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Pay online and collect at Whyte Ave. Orders are usually ready in 1 to 2 business days, and we email you as soon as yours is waiting.
Returns
Regular priced items can be returned for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition with original tags and packaging intact.
Sale items, anything bought with a discount code, and all quickstrike, limited edition and collaborative releases are final sale.
